1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tinos Tessera website and the booking of accommodation services. By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
2. Reservations & Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Tinos Tessera. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment details and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in may be subject to partial or no refund depending on the season and circumstances.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with care and respect. Any damage to the villas or their contents during your stay may result in additional charges. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 08:00.
5. Liability
Tinos Tessera shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Syros, Cyclades.
